I build the structure, trust and calm that allow ambitious productions—and the people behind them—to thrive.

I’m a Production Manager with experience leading television production operations across projects for MTV, BET, TLC, Peacock, Oxygen, WE tv, Bounce and VH1.

Over the past five years, I’ve intentionally sought out increasingly complex responsibilities that have challenged me to solve problems under pressure, build strong partnerships across departments, and lead with confidence.

I earned my B.A. in Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago because I have always been drawn to the leadership behind creative work.

I’ve always known I wanted to be in the rooms where the biggest production decisions are being made.Not because of the title. Because I wanted to help shape them.
